Empaira Community is a free online & mobile platform and the first product we built. It supports long-term caregivers through three core pillars: connection, local resources, and relief tools.

1. Community & connection: A safe, anonymous space where caregivers and care professionals can share honestly, connect with others who understand, and feel less alone in the realities of long-term care.
2. Truly local resources: access to independent, regional, and condition-specific organizations and services near you, so support is not just national, but practical and local.
3. Support & relief tools: simple, care-focused tools designed to reduce stress and bring clarity, including emotion-based conversations and guided reflection prompts.

Empaira Care is the employer-facing support layer within the Empaira platform, designed to help organizations better support employees who are also caregivers.

Millions of employees are balancing work alongside long-term caregiving responsibilities. Empaira Care exists to provide additional protection, guidance, and support for these employees without requiring organizations to become caregiving experts themselves.

Built as a set of integrations and partnerships, Empaira Care connects employers to Empaira’s caregiving ecosystem, offering employees access to trusted community support, caregiver-informed guidance, and care-led resources when they need them most.

Empaira Care is designed to:

• Reduce caregiver burnout and risk by offering early, supportive intervention
• Provide confidential, caregiver-specific support without stigma or disclosure pressure

Empaira Wear is Empaira’s physical product line, designed to support caregivers and their loved ones through thoughtful wearables and caregiver-focused apparel.

Caregiving takes place in bodies, not just systems. Empaira Wear exists to bring support into the physical experience of care, offering comfort, grounding, and stability when stress, fatigue, and emotional load run high.

Empaira Wear includes two complementary product lines:

1) Care support wearables

Wearable products designed to support both caregivers and care recipients through moments of movement, rest, and regulation. These products are built to integrate with daily life, offering subtle support, safety, and reassurance without adding complexity. 

2) Caregiver apparel & weighted support

A line of apparel and weighted products designed specifically for caregivers created to wrap, ground, and comfort the body during long or emotionally demanding days. These products are meant to provide a sense of calm, stability, and physical reassurance when caregiving feels heavy.
